Sibos brings together more than 10,100 participants, 130 exhibitors, and hundreds of sessions across one of finance's most demanding event environments. Innotribe needed a format that made exploration feel intentional rather than overwhelming.
POAP Studio translated that complexity into a mobile-first collectible journey, using NFC taps, QR checkpoints, and visible host touchpoints to turn movement through the venue into trackable participation.
The challenge was to guide attendees through 350+ sessions and multiple touchpoints without adding friction, while still meeting the trust and usability expectations of a conservative financial-services audience.
Hosts and branded touchpoints introduced Innotribe Quest from high-traffic areas across Sibos.
Attendees tapped NFC kiosks or scanned QR checkpoints to claim collectibles and enter the collect-to-win mechanic.
The claim flow connected back to the Sibos app and social touchpoints, extending the experience beyond a single booth stop.
